I’ve used pikenursery.com a few times to check what’s available before driving over, and I’m kind of regretting relying on it so much. The site itself is fine, but the inventory info feels hit or miss. A couple times it said certain plants were in stock, so I made the trip, only to find out they weren’t there. Other times it’s been accurate, which makes it even more frustrating because you never really know. It’s not a horrible experience, but if you’re going out of your way, it can feel like a waste. I just wish the stock updates were more dependable.

I went on Pike Nurseries to look for classes and workshops because I was hoping to find something helpful, but it was kind of disappointing.
There weren’t many options listed, and the info that was there felt thin. I felt a little pressured to keep clicking around and figure it out myself, but the times, topics, and what you actually get out of the class still weren’t very clear.
For a nursery, I expected the workshop section to be a lot better or at least easier to use. It just felt unfinished, and unless they update it, I probably wouldn’t bother checking again.

I reached out and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a call. On top of that, the terms seemed to keep changing, which was really frustrating. It’s hard to feel confident dealing with a company when communication is this poor.

The rewards are nice and I do appreciate getting something back, but the points can take a while to show up sometimes. It just feels like if people are doing their part and earning them, it’s only fair for the points to post in a reasonable amount of time.

The soil itself was decent and worked fine for what I needed, but one of the bags showed up ripped. Compared to other bags I’ve bought before, the quality felt a little less consistent. Not terrible, just not the most reliable packaging.

I went in looking for seasonal plants, but most of what I wanted was either gone or not looking too great. The website made it seem like they’d have a much better selection, so it felt like a wasted trip. After paying, I also started feeling a little uneasy, like I couldn’t fully trust what was advertised versus what was actually available. Frustrating overall

I ordered a few plants online for pickup, and the whole process was more confusing than it needed to be. I never got a clear update about when my order was ready, so I ended up having to call the store myself just to figure out what was going on. Then one of the plants I ordered wasn’t available, even though it showed as in stock when I placed the order. The staff I talked to were nice, so I don’t blame them, but the online ordering system really needs work. It also feels like there are too many little policy loopholes where something can say it’s available online, but the store doesn’t actually have to honor it if inventory is wrong. Frustrating.

My first impression of Pike Nursery was really positive, the plants looked nice and the place felt easy to shop. I bought a couple of plants, but one of them didn’t do so well once I got it home. I looked up the return policy and it was straightforward, so I brought it back with my receipt. The staff was helpful, and the return process went smoothly. My only small complaint is that I wish the return window was a little longer, since sometimes plants take a bit before issues show up. Overall though, it was still a good experience.

The plants themselves look fine, so I’ll give them that, but the actual install was messier than I expected. The mulch was uneven, the edging was crooked, and there was dirt left all over the walkway. it made me wonder if they rushed through the job or cut corners when I wasn’t watching.

I stopped by and overall it was fine, but parking was kind of a hassle. It took me a little while to find a spot, which was a bit frustrating... just something to keep in mind if you're planning to go.

I really wanted to make Pike Nursery one of my regular stops, but the closest location is still far from my side of town and once you add in the traffic it turns into way more of a hassle than I expected, so as much as I’d like to shop there more often, it just isn’t convenient for me.

I did end up finding what I needed, so I’ll give them that, but the whole shopping experience was frustrating. They make it sound like the store is easy to get around and well organized, but the aisles felt really cramped. Kind of annoying when you’re expecting a comfortable shopping trip and it doesn’t live up to what they promised.

I ordered from pikenursery.com, the delivery was just a mess. It showed up later than the date they originally gave me, and I really didn’t get any updates unless I reached out and called myself. Then when it finally arrived, some of the plants were tipped over, soil was all over the place, just soil everywhere. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I’ll still buy plants, but I’m definitely not ordering delivery from them again.

Some of the plant prices seemed reasonable, while a few other items felt a little on the high side. I still ended up buying a couple things, but like with any place, it makes sense to compare prices before grabbing everything

I got there and still had to wait a long time. My order wasn’t ready. Annoying experience.

I really liked how many plants they had here. I found a couple of houseplants and some outdoor plants too, so the mix was solid. It was easy to find what I wanted, although at the same time I kept getting distracted because there were kind of too many options. Not complaining though, I’d probably go back

I ordered a few plants from pikenursery.com, they were okay. Nothing arrived broken or in terrible shape, so I can’t say it was a bad experience exactly. But for what I paid, I was expecting a little more. Some of the plants were smaller than I thought they’d be, and once delivery was added on, the total felt high. I’ve bought similar plants locally for less, so it was hard not to feel a bit disappointed. I think 2 stars is fair because the order did arrive fine, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices were better. I really wanted to be excited about it, but in the end I just felt let down.

I ordered from pikenursery.com mainly because I wanted some new pottery, i’m really happy with what I got. The colors looked pretty much like the photos, and the pots feel sturdy, like actually sturdy, not flimsy at all.

I also ended up finding some cute decor pieces while I was browsing, which I wasn’t really expecting. I grabbed a small garden piece for my front steps, and it looks so nice there, just a nice little touch.
Shipping was fine, and everything arrived in one piece, which was what I was most nervous about. Nothing was cracked or broken, so yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

The store felt a bit cold inside, and it was cramped and messy, which made it hard to enjoy browsing. I also ended up waiting longer than I expected, and that got frustrating quickly. Overall, it just wasn’t a very relaxing shopping experience

I ordered a few shrubs and some annuals, and uh, most of them did show up alive, which was good. A couple had yellow leaves though, and one of the pots was dry when it arrived. The packaging itself was fine, but the plants just looked kind of worn out. They did perk up after about a week, so it wasn’t a total loss, but for the price I expected them to look a little better right out of the box. Not terrible, just a mixed experience overall.
